We hope your Little Kin products are perfect for your little one, please see our refund and returns policy details below.


Returns and Refunds

If you wish to exchange an item, you'll be issued with a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.


You have 14 days to return your product from the delivery date, please contact us here with your return details and we will get in touch with you for a return address.


Once the item (unused, unwashed and still in original packaging) is received we will process a store credit for you or you can organise for an exchange for a different item (pending availability). All change of mind exchanges will occur a new postage fee.


Faulty Products

Should you receive a faulty item, please contact us here with the details of your faulty item. We take quality control seriously, and pride ourselves on providing a premium product and will help you resolve the issue. 


Customers will have a choice of exchange for the same item (pending availability), a different item or a full refund.


Little Kin will refund your return postage after receiving the faulty item.
